§1 To participate at Rumble Race it is necessary to accept and agree to the terms of use.

§2 Rumble Race provides some features, to give possibilites of communication to all users.
Every user is responsible for the contents of his communications.
Pornographic, racist and abusive contents or other contents violating actual law may cause the instant erasure of the account.
This also will happen in response of abusing these possibilities in general.

§3 No user is able to claim the participation of Rumble Race. The operator reserves the right for himself to delete player's accounts who are breaking the rules or the terms of use, or violating the actual law or morality.

§4 Every player commits to use only one account, 'multi-accounts' are not permitted.

§5 Bots or other tools forbidden strictly!

§6 Rumble Race doesn't assume any liability for harm which developed from using it. Compensation for damages is excluded in any way.

§7 The membership can be quit at any time by deleting the account.

§8 Every user has obey the instructions and directives of the administrators.

§9 If one of these paragraphs should be not valid, this is without prejudice to the other paragraphs.
